Insurance Follow Up Specialist

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• A minimum of 24 months of experience in Insurance billing and denials and appeals.

• Knowledge of payer guidelines and insurance collection tactics.

• Experience in Multiple Patient Accounting Systems and EHRs preferred.
  

Certified Coder

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Coding Certification Required., AAPC or AHIMA preferred.

• A minimum of 24 months experience.

• Multi-Specialty Physician Group & Hospital Experience Preferred.

Patient Balance Resolution Specialist

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Prior Experience in a medical office or hospital business office setting required.

• Ability to read and understand EOBs.

• Kind and Caring attitude towards patients.
